Chicken mince ½ kg
Egg 1
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Spring onions 250 gm (chopped)
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Garlic 2 tsp (minced)
Salt ½ tsp
Parsley 2 tbsp (chopped)
Oil 4 tbsp
Oil for frying
How to make Chicken Cheese Balls
METHOD:
Mix mozzarella cheese in chicken mince along with ginger paste, soya sauce, corn flour, salt, chopped parsley, chopped spring onions, red chili powder, minced garlic and oil.
Shape the mixture into medium sized balls and dip in a beaten egg.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry until golden brown.
