چکن ہنی کولی فلاور

اجزاء:
پھول گوبھی۔۔۔1 عدد
تیل۔۔۔ ڈیپ فرائی کے لئے
نمک،چینی۔۔۔حسب ذوق
تل۔۔۔گارنش کے لئے
کارن فلور۔۔۔2 چائے کے چمچے
پانی۔۔۔ حسب ذوق

بیٹر کے لئے:
انڈے کی سفیدی۔۔۔1 عدد
بیکنگ پاؤڈر۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچہ
تیل۔۔۔1 کھانےکا چمچہ
میدہ۔۔۔2/1 کپ
پانی۔۔۔2/1 کپ
نمک۔۔۔4/1 چائےکا چمچہ
کارن فلور۔۔۔4/1 کپ

ہنی گارلک ساس کےلئے:
لہسن۔۔۔2 جوئے
شہد۔۔۔3/1 کپ
نمک۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچہ
سرکہ۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچہ
پانی۔۔۔2/1 کپ
کارن فلور۔۔۔حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

گوبھی کو بلانچ کر کے نکال لیں اور ٹھنڈا کریں۔ بیٹر کے تمام اجزاء کو مکس کرلیں، پھر اس میں گوبھی کو ڈپ کر کے گرم تیل میں فرائی کرلیں۔ جب گولڈن براؤن ہوجائے تو نکال لیں۔

ساس کے لئے:
2 سے 3 کھانے کے چمچے تیل گرم کریں۔ پھر اس میں لہسن کے جوئے فرائی کر کے نکال لیں۔ پھر اسی تیل میں ساس کے تمام اجزاء اور پانی ڈال دیں۔ جب گاڑھا ہوجائے تو پھول گوبی شامل کر لیں ۔ آخر میں تل گارنش کر کے سرو کریں۔
