Minced chicken………………1 cup

Onion (big sized, cut into rings) ………………1
Onions, green chillies (finely cut) ………………2 each

Red chilli powder………………½ tsp
Ginger (finely cut) ………………1 inch piece
Soya sauce………………1½ tbsp
Chilli sauce………………3½ tbsp
Hot spices powder………………1 tsp
Egg………………1
Mayonnaise………………5 tbsp
Fresh coriander (chopped) ………………2 tbsp
Oil………………3 tbsp
Salt………………to taste
Butter………………2 tbsp
Mayonnaise, iceberg lettuce, cheese slices as required
How to make Chicken Burger
METHOD:
• Marinate chicken with onions, green chillies, black pepper, hot spices powder, red chilli powder, ginger, soya sauce, chilli sauce, mayonnaise, egg, fresh coriander and salt, deep freeze for 10 minutes.
• Heat oil in a frying pan, shape the mixture into two kebabs and fry from both sides until golden.
• Fry onion rings with the remaining soya sauce and chilli sauce for two minutes and remove.
• Cut buns into round halves, spread butter on both sides and toast on an iron griddle.
• Layer lower half of the buns with iceberg lettuce, put kebab, onion rings, cheese and spread mayonnaise.
• Put the remaining bun on top and serve.
