1 piyaalay main murgi k tukray, sikkah, laal mirch, papeeta aur namak mila kar ek ghantay k liye rakh dain. Ek dabbay main brost maslah daalain. Is main murgi k tukray daal kar achi tarha sy hilaain. Murgi k tukro ko anday main lipat kar dobara dabbay main daal kar hilaain. Karhai main tail garam kar k murgi k tukray is main daalain aur dhakan dhaank kar halki anch per sunehri rang aanay tak pakaaain. Mazedaar brost salad k pat aur piyaz sy saja kar paish karain. Brost masalah banana k liye maida 2 piyaali, chawal ka aata ½ piyaali aur corn flor ½ piyaali chaan kar blender main daaliain.

بروسٹ مصالہ۔۔۔۔ حسبب زوق
اانڈے(پھینٹے ہوئے)۔۔۔۔4 عدد
سفید سرکہ۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک۔۔۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
تیل۔۔۔۔ تلنے کے لئے
سلاد پتے، پیاز۔۔۔۔ سجانے کے لئے
ترکیب:
ایک پیالے میں مرغی کے ٹکڑے، سکہ، لال مرچ، پپیتا اور نمک ملا کر ایک گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔
ایک ڈبے میں بروسٹ مصالہ ڈالیں، اس میں مرغی کے ٹکڑے ڈال کر اچھی طرح سے ہلائیں۔ مرغی کے ٹکڑوں کو انڈے میں لپیٹ کر دوبارہ دبے میں ڈال کر ہلائیں۔
کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے مرغی کے ٹکڑے اس مین ڈالیں اور ڈھکن ڈھانک کر ہلکی آنچ پر سنہری رنگ آنے تک پکائیں۔
مزیدار بروسٹ سلاد کے پت اور پیاز سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔

بروسٹ مصالہ بنانے کے لئے:
میدہ 2 پیالی ، چاول کا آٹا 2/1 پیالی اور کارن فلور2/1
پیالی چھان کر بیلنڈر میں ڈالیں۔
اس میں چکن پاؤڈر 4 کھانے کے چمچے، گارلک پاؤڈر 2 کھانے کے چمچے، پسی ہوئی سفید مرچ چار کھانے کے چمچے، چائنیز نمک 2 کھانے کے چمچے اور نمک 2 کھانے کے چمچے شامل کرکے یکجان کرلیں اور حسب ضرورت استعمال کریں۔

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Pieces (with skin): 8 pcs
  • Raw Papaya (ground): 4 tbsp
  • Red Chillies (ground): 1 tbsp
  • Broast Masala: as required
  • Eggs (whisked): 4 pcs
  • White Vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Oil: for frying
  • Salad Leaves and Onions: for garnishing

Broast Masala Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour: 2 cup
  • Rice Flour: 1/2 cup
  • Corn Flour: 1/2 cup
  • Chicken Powder: 4 tbsp
  • Garlic Powder: 2 tbsp
  • White Pepper Powder: 4 tbsp
  • Chinese Salt: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: 2 tbsp


Method:

  1. Mix chicken pieces, white vinegar, red pepper, papaya and salt in a bowl; place the bowl aside.
  2. Add broast masala in a box, add chicken pieces and stir it well.
  3. Now coat chicken in eggs and stir in the box again.
  4. Heat wok in oil, add chicken pieces, cover the pan and cook on low flame until it is golden brown.
  5. Delicious chicken broast is ready.
  6. Serve with salad leaves and onion.


How to Make Broast Masala:

  1. Sift 2 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup rice flour and 1/2 cup corn flour and add to a food blender.
  2. Now add 4 tbsp chicken powder, 2 tbsp garlic powder, 4 tbsp ground white pepper, 2 tbsp Chinese salt and 2 tbsp salt.
  3. Blend all ingredients together well.
  4. Broast masala is ready.
  5. Use whenever needed.
