Ingredients

2 cups All purpose flour
1/2cup R Ice flour
1/2cup Corn flour
4 tbsp Chicken powder
2 tbsp Garlic powder
4 tbsp White pepper powder
2 tbsp Chinese Salt
2 tbsp Salt

How to make Gulzar Special Broast Masala

METHOD:

Sieve the all purpose flour, rice flour, and cornflour.

Now Blend all purpose flour, rice flour, cornflour, chicken powder, garlic powder, white pepper powder, Chinese salt and salt together.

Broast masala is ready for use.
Store in an airtight bottle.

Chef Gulzar is a wonderful chef. I had made some of his recipes and found that his recipes are much better than other chefs. He is an amazing and qualified chef. Now I needed a broast masala so I found it by Chef Gulzar, there are also other recipes but I only chose this one.

Wow chef Gulzar recipes are always awesome. We are collecting some masala recipes for making meat recipes. I got nihari masala and kaleji masala however chicken masala is a bit irrelevant this time but I would make it. Because eating beef everyday is not recommended therefore we should make chicken foods as well.

nice masala, I was looking for exactly this broast masala by chef gulzar because i have heard very good words about it. I have a plan to serve broasts to guests coming to our hom on 14 august, so i was looking for broast recipes. I am not going to buy masala from outside but make it myself and use a homemade masala.
