Ingredients

4 Potatoes (boiled)
200 grams Boneless chicken
1 Green onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Cream
2 Cheese slice
1/2 tsp Black pepper (crushed)
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt

How to make Chicken And Cheese Jacket

METHOD:

In a bowl add the cream, butter, black pepper, salt, sugar, green onion and fold it. Cut thepotatoes in half, sideways, and scrape the flesh into a large bowl taking care to leave the skins intact.

Mash the baked potato flesh with a fork and add it to the cream,butter, blackpepper, salt,sugar and green onion mixture. Now take the potato skins and fill it with the potato mixture.

Set the oven at 150 C and bake the potatoes for 10 minutes.
