• BOiled chickpeas 1 cup
• Fruit cocktail 1 cup
• Finely chopped pineApple 3 slIces
• Chopped mint and Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Iceberg ½
• Crushed black pepper 1tsp
• Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
Lemon juIce 2tbsp
Mayonnaise 5tbsp
Salt as required

How to make Chana cocktail salad


1. In a medium bowl mix fruit cocktail and boiled chickpeas together.

2. Finely chop the iceberg lettuce and cauliflower florets and add them to a bowl.

3. Add in 3 chopped pineapples, 1/4 bunch finely chopped mint leaves and coriander, salt, 1/2tsp crushed black pepper, 1tsp crushed black pepper, 2tbsp lemon juice and 5tbsp of mayonnaise.

4. Toss the salad and serve chilled.

this recipe is good but missing a clear photo. Please post a clear photo of the recipe for us to get a clearer idea of the recipe and we could make it smoothly without having any problem. I am looking for fruit and salad recipes to start some culinary practice and i think the best area is salads where we don't need oils, pans and to always do work inside the kitchen. But we can make it outside the kitchen, sitting in a cool room and not necessarily need to stick to warm kitchen.

recipe looks nice , i aim to make this salad but its picture is not clear. please post a clear picture to make it easy for us to understand the recipe. I like it for another reason that it seems to be a bit spicier bcoz of black pepper.
