Ingredients
½ kg cauliflower
½ kg peas
250 grams cottage cheese
250 grams tomatoes
2 chopped onions
2-3 green chilies
½ cup oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp aniseeds
2 tsp red chili powder
How to make Cauliflower and Peas with Cheese

METHOD:

In pan, heat ½ cup oil and add 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp aniseeds and 1 tsp cumin powder.

When your meal is fragrant, add 2 chopped onions, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp red chili powder and stir it together.

Include finely chopped ½ kg cauliflower, 250 grams tomatoes and ½ kg peas in it and cook it on low flames for 20 minutes.

When the vegetable has tenderized, crush 250 grams cheese and fry it individually.

And when it turns golden brown, mix it in the cabbage gravy.

Add 2-3 chopped green chilies on it and allow simmering for 10 minutes.

Mouth Watering Cauliflower and Peas with Cheese is ready to serve.
