الائچی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دس
ونینلا کسٹرڈ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچ
دودھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا لیٹر
جیلی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک پیکٹ
کرنچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

ترکیب:

دودھ میں آدھا کپ چینی ڈال کر پکا لیں اب کسٹرڈ ڈال کر گاڑھا کر لیں دو کپ پانی میں ایک کپ چینیاور الائچی ڈال کر پکا لیں چاتھ ہی گاجر ڈال کر پکائیں۔جب گاجر گل جائے تو اتار لیں۔اب گلاس میں سب سے پہلے جیلی بنا کر جما لیں،جب جم جائے تو اس پر کسٹرڈ ڈالیں پھر معربہ ڈالیں پھر کرنچ ڈالیں ۔

کرنچ بنانے کے لیےآدھا کپ چینی کو فرائینگ پین میں ہلکی آنچ پر پگلا لیں اور کسی پلیٹ پر آئل لگا کر جما لیں اور پھر کرنچ بنا لیں
