1.2 level tablespoon powderd instant cofee
2.110g chopped nuts(almond or peanut or hazelnut or walnut)
3.225g castor sugar
4.2 heaped teaspoon ground rice
5.2 large egg whites
(pre heated oven to 3OO F )
METHOD:
Put the chopped nuts, castor sugar and ground rice in a mixing bowl and mix together.in another bowl beat the egg whites with cofee untill stiff then mix the above mixture in it gently.place the butter paper in the baking tray and now from spoon place the the biscuit in baking tray.bake it in the oven for 30 -35 minutes
