Karhai main tail garm kar k piyaz aur timatar ko naram honay tak pakain. Is main taza garm masala k elawa baaqi tamam ajza shamil kar k bhindiyon k naram honay tak cook karain. Bhindi ko 2 piyaza hari mircho sy sajain aur taza garm masala chhirak kar paish karain.
Taza garm masala banany k liye 6 longain, 2 hari ilaaichian, ek ek chaye ka chamcha,dhaniya podeenay k sookhay pattay, laal mirch, namak adha chaye ka chamch, adrak ka powder, tartrik acide, saunf, ajwain, 6 chaye k chamchay amchoor,3-1/4 khanay ka chmcha safiad zeera aur 3-1/4 khanay ka chamcha kaali mirchain panch minute tak bhonain. Phr namak daal kar blender main pees lain.
