Ingredients
Mutton mince ½ kg
Onion 1
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Mint leaves ¼ bunch
Green chilies 4 – 5
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic 3 – 4 cloves
Ginger 1 medium piece
Salt to taste
Oil ¼ cup
Potatoes (boiled) 2
Carrot boiled 2
How to make Bharey Hoey Kabab
Method
In chopper put together ½ kg mutton mince, 1 chopped onion, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, 4 – 5 green chilies, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 3 – 4 cloves of garlic, 1 medium piece of ginger and salt to taste. Chopperize finely and remove mixture in a bowl.
Cut potatoes and carrot into thin long fingers.
Spread a little mince in your hand. Put ginger and potato finger on top, cover well and make into round kabab.
Heat ¼ cup oil, add in prepared kabab and shallow fry till golden brown.
Serve with plum chutney or any other dip.
