Ingredients

• Refined flour ½ kg (sifted)
• Milk powder 2 tbsp
• Yeast 3 tbsp
• Sugar 1 tbsp
• Egg 1 beaten
• Salt to taste
• Oil 1 tsp
For Sauce:
• Tomatoes ½ kg chopped
• Onion 1 chopped
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Oregano ½ tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Oil as required
For Topping:
• Beef sau Sages 6 sl Iced lengthwise
• Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
• Chilli-Garlic sauce 4 tbsp
• Capsicums 4 sl Iced lengthwise
• Green chillies 6 sl Iced lengthwise
• Black olive 12 sl Iced round
• Onion 1 sl Iced lengthwise
• Mozzarella cheese 250 grams grated
• Oregano ½ tsp

How to make Beef Sausage Pizza

METHOD:

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and leave aside for 15 minutes until foamy.
Mix together all the dough ingredients including yeast in a bowl and knead with required water, set aside for half an hour.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onions till golden, add tomatoes, garlic and salt.
Cook till tomatoes are soft, season with oregano and remove sauce from flame.
Roll out pizza dough and spread on pizza pan, layer with sauce and topping ingredients.
Bake pizza in pre-heated oven at 200°c for 12 minutes.
