اجزاء:
گائے کا گوشت-------------- 200گرام
اُبلا کولسن پاستا---------- 1کپ
شملہ مرچ-------- 1عدد
گاجر------------ 1عدد
انڈا----------- 1عدد
لہسن کے جوے----------------- 2عدد
مشروم------------ 1کپ
تیل----------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
کالی مرچ------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
نمک--------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
سویا سوس----------- 3کھانے کے چمچے
کارن فلور---------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

ایک برتن میں 200گرام گائے کے گوشت کے باریک ٹکڑے 4گلاس پانی کے ساتھ گلنے تک پکائیں۔
دوسرے برتن میں ایک کھانے کا چمچہ تیل گرم کرکے 2عدد لہسن کے جوے فرائی کریں اور اس میںایک کپ مشروم، ایک عددشملہ مرچ اور ایک عدد گاجر شامل کرکے فرائی کرلیں۔
اب اس میں گوشت اور یخنی چھان کر ڈال دیں۔
جب اُبال آجائے تو اس میں 1کپ اُبلا ہوا لہسن، 2/1چائے کا چمچہ کالی مرچ،2/1چائے کا چمچہ نمک اور 2کھانے کے چمچے کارن فلور پانی میں گھول کر شامل کردیں۔
آخر میں ایک عدد انڈہ پھینٹ کر ڈالیں اور چولہا بند کرکے3کھانے کے چمچے سویا سوس شامل کرکے سرو کریں۔
