Dahi 1 cup
Lemon juice 1.2 cup
Tandoori masala 4 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Dhania powder 2 tablespoons
How to make Baked Chicken Legs
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and coat the washed legs with the marinade thoroughly.
Use a knife to give small cuts in the chicken legs.
Leave overnight in frigde,
Preheat oven to 375 degrees c and place the marinated legs with alum,inium foil below and on top to cover.
Bake for one hour and 15 minutes.
Take out and serve with mint raita.
