• Undercut 300 gram
• Egg(beaten) 1
• Spring onion (finely cut) 1stalk
• Carrot (finally cut) 1
• Refined flour 1cup
• Milk 1 cup
• Onion (finally cut) ½
• Mozzarella cheese 250 grams
• Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil as required
How to make Baked Beef Rolls


• Cut undercut into fine strips. Mix refined flour, egg and milk in a bow.
• Grease non-stick frying pan; pour little flour mixture in it enough to cover the pan thinly; cook both sides and remove. Repeat process with remaining mixture.
• Cook undercut, 3 tbsp oil and onion in a wok.
• When meat is tender add black pepper, spring onion, carrot and salt; cook for few minutes and remove.
• Put some prepared mixture on one side of crepes and roll.
• Place all rolls in baking tray; sprinkle cheese on top.
• Bake at 200 C in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes; remove.
• Serve.
