1) 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
2) 1/4 cup vegetable oil
3) 4 teaspoons melted butter
4) 1/4 cup flour
5) 1/2 teaspoon salt
6) 2 cups chicken broth
7) 1/2 cup heavy cream
8) 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
9) 1 (approx. 16 ounces) can of asparagus
10) 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
How to make Asparagus Chicken
METHOD:
1. Brown the chicken breasts in oil.
2. In a saucepan, add flour and salt to butter.
3. Stir in chicken broth and cook until thick.
4. Remove from heat add cream and Tabasco.
5. Place asparagus in the bottom of a 9x13"" casserole.
6. Arrange the chicken on top of the asparagus.
7. Pour sauce over the chicken and asparagus.
8. Sprinkle with cheese.
9. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
