چاول ایک کلو
گھی ایک پاؤ
نمک حسب ذائقہ
گرم مصالحہ حسب ضرورت

دہی ایک پاؤ
ادرک(پیسٹ) ایک کھانے کا چمچ
الائچی 5-4عدد
سرخ مرچ حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

قیمے میں تمام مصالحے اور انڈے ملائیں اس کے چھوٹے چھوٹے کوفتے بناکر گھی میں تل لیں۔ اس کے بعد چاولوں کے لئے ایک پاؤ پیاز کو گھی میں علیحدہ بگھاریں ۔جب پیاز بادامی رنگ کی ہو جائے تو اس میں پسا ہوا گرم مصالحہ، نمک اور دہی ملا دیں ساتھ ہی ذرا سا پانی ملا کر خوب بھونیں۔ بعد میں تلے ہوئے کوفتے ڈال دیں اور جب مصالحہ اور کوفتے اچھی طرح بھن جائیں تو ایک لیٹر پانی ڈال دیں۔ جب پانی ابلنے لگے تو چاول ڈال دیں۔ پکنے پر اتار کر دم پر لگا دیں۔
