Eggs 6
Semolina 50 grams
Sugar 1cup
Milk 2 cups
Green Cardamoms 3
Yellow Food Colour 1 pinch
Clarified butter ½ cup
Almonds pistachios
And sterling silver leaf for garnishing
How to make Ando Ka Halwa
METHOD:
• Beat eggs thoroughly with an electric beater.
• Heat clarified butter in a pot; split open cardamoms and add to pot.
• When they give off aroma; add semolina, fry till it gives off aroma.
• Add milk; cook for 5 minutes.
• When semolina becomes soft, add eggs, yellow food color and sugar while stirring continuously.
• When clarified butter separates from halwa, dish out.
• Garnish with almonds, pistachios and silver leaf; serve.
