Heat oil in a saucepan

Ingredients:

  • Onions: 1 medium
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Red Chili Powder: 1 teaspoon / as per taste
  • Coriander Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Fenugreek: 1/2 kg
  • Eggs: 2 pcs
  • Crushed Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Crushed White Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Oil: 3 to 4 tablespoons
  • Green Chilies: 3 to 4 / as needed

 

Method

  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. In heated oil, add onions and fry for 2 minutes. Add red chili powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
  3. After cooking for 2 minutes, add fenugreek and cook on low heat.
  4. When fenugreek liquid is likely to dry, break eggs and put into the pan.
  5. When eggs cooked fully, add black pepper powder, crushed white cumin and green chili and mix. Place for dam for 5 minutes.
  6. When oil is visible, methi anda is ready.
  7. Eggs can be served unbroken and broken as well.
  8. Serve in the dish.
