1.8-10 POTATOES
2.CUBED 1 CUP WHOLE CHANA
3.BOILED 1/2 CUP OIL 1 TSP ONION SEEDS (KALONJI)
4.SLIGHTLY CRUSHED 1/2 MUSTARD SEEDS 1/2 TSP FENNEL SEEDS
5.SLIGHTLY CRUSHED 1/2 TSP ZEERA 1 LARGE TOMATO
6.GRATED PINCH OF TURMERIC TAMARIND PULP 1-2 TSP CRUSHED RED 7.CHILLIES SALT TO TASTE.
METHOD:
1.HEAT THE OIL.
2.ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
3.ONION SEEDS
4.FENNEL SEEDS,AND ZEERA.
5.WHEN IT SPLUTTER ADD THE POTATOES AND COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES.
6.ADD TURMERIC
7.CRUSHED CHILLIES AND SALT.
8.COOK UNTIL THE POTATOES ARE SOFT AND DONE
9.ADDING WATER IF NECESSARY.
10.ADD GRATED TOMATOES
11.TAMARIND PULP AND THE CHANAS.
12.COOK ON LOW HEAT.
13.SERVE WITH PURI AND MANGO JUICE.
