چکن ----- آدھا کلو (سینہ اور ران کو علیحدہ نہ کریں)
دہی ----- دو کھانے کے چمچ
لہسن ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ (پسا ہوا)
ادرک ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سفید مرچ ------ ایک چائے کا چمچ
مسٹرڈ پیسٹ ----- دو کھانے کے چمج
لیموں کا رس ---- دو کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب:

چکن تکہ دھو کر خشک کرلیں اور کٹ لگائیں- ایک پیالے میں اوپر دیے تمام اجزاﺀ کو ملائیں اور تکہ کو اچھی طرح لگائیں- کم از کم دو گھنٹے کے لیے میرینیٹ کریں یا رات بھر کے لیے ریفریجریٹر میں رکھ دیں-
سیخوں میں پرو کر کوئلے پر سینکیں یا اوون میں 180 ڈگری پر بیک کریں اور کوئلے پر دم دیں-
پراٹھے یا نان کے ساتھ پیش کریں- لذیز اور مزیدار افریقی تکہ تیار ہے-
