•بیف گوشت_____ 500گرام
•مکس اچار_____ 3 کھانے کے چمچ
•سُرخ مرچ پاؤڈر_____ ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
•لہسن پیسٹ_____ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
•ادرک پیسٹ_____ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
•ہلدی پاوڈر_____ 1 کھانے کا چمچ
•پیاز (سلائس کٹنگ) _____ 2 عدد
•ٹماٹر (سلائس کٹنگ) _____ 6 عدد
•کھانے کا تیل_____ 4کھانے کے چمچ
•نمک_____ حسبِ ذائقہ
•زیرہ پاؤڈر_____ 1 کھانے کا چمچ
•دھنیا کُٹا ہوا_____ 1 کھانے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں پانی لیں اور اس میں پیاز، ٹماٹر ، لہسن پیسٹ اور ادرک پیسٹ ڈا ل کر دو سے تین منٹ تک پکالیں اور پانچ منٹ کے لیے دم دے کر چھان نیں اور گرائینڈ کر لیں ۔
اب ایک برتن میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اس میں بیف ، لہسن پیسٹ ، ادرک پیسٹ ،نمک، سرخ مرچ ، ہلدی پاؤڈر ،زیرہ پاؤڈر ،دھنیا کُٹا ہوا اور سبز مرچ ڈال کرہلکا سا پکا لیں ۔
اب اس میں گرائینڈ کیا ہوا پیسٹ ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ تک پکائیں اور گلنے تک دم دیں ۔
اب اس میں دہی اورمکس اچار ڈال کر پانچ منٹ تک بھُونائی کرلیں اور مکھن ڈال کر گارنش کر لیں ۔
