ونیلا ایسنس 1چائے کا چمچہ
پھنٹی ہوئی کریم 1-1/2کپ
چاکلیٹ سینڈوچ کوکیز 1-1/2کپ

ترکیب:

بیس بنانے کے لیے ایک پیالے میں 2کپ چاکلیٹ کوکی کرمبز اور 4کھانے کے چمچے پگھلاہوا مکھن ملالیں ۔ اب اے ایک 9انچ کے چیز کیک پین میں بچھا دیں اور 10منٹ بیک کر لیں اور نکال کر ٹھنڈاکریں۔
فلنگ کے لیے ایک پیالے میں 8اونس کریم چیز اور 8اونس کرڈ چیز کو 6اونس چینی کے ساتھ آہستگی سے 3سے 4منٹ پھنیٹ لیں ۔
اب 2کھانے کے چمچے جیلیٹن پاﺅڈر کو 1/4کپ دودھ میں حل کریں اور چیز کے مکسچر میں شامل کردیں
پھر اس میں 1چائے کا چمچہ ونیلا ایسنس ڈالیں اور 2کپ پھنیٹی ہوئی کریم اورکرشڈ کی ہوئی کوکیز میں فولڈ کریں۔
اس کے بعد اسے بیک کیا ہوا کرسٹ کے اوپر ڈال دیں اور اسے سیٹ ہونے تک ٹھنڈا کرلیں
آخر میں اوپر پھنٹی ہوئی کریم اور کرشڈ کوکیز سے گارنش کرکے ٹھنڈا سرو کریں
