INGREDIENTS:

Green Gram 250 gms
Chicken (BOiled) 250 gms
Water 4 glasses
Chicken Cubes 1
Green Peas 1 cup
Carrots 1 cup
Spring Onions 2
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Garlic Cloves 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp


How to make Moong Daal aur Sabzi Ka Soup



METHOD:

Soak green gram 2 and 3 hours in water.
Now add water, salt, garlic cloves and cook.
When lentils are tender let it cool, and blend.
Pour in pan again, add chicken cube, boiled chicken, green peas, carrots, black pepper, and salt, and let it cook for 5 minutes.
After 2 to 3 boils, removes from the stove, add spring onions, coriander leaves.
Moong daal aur subzi ka soup is ready.
