Ingredients
Chicken Boneless (cubes) 300gm
Sosa cheese 4-5 pc
Lemon leaves 2-3 pc
Lemon grass 2-3 stick
Boranga 1 pc
Mushroom 1 cup
Tam Yam Paste 2 tbsp
Tomato 2 pc
Onion 1 pc
Green Chili 8-10 pc
Fish Sauce 3 tbsp
Chinese Salt 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Chicken Cube 2-3 pc
Salt to taste
Coriander for decoration
How to make Thai Mixed Soup
Method
In a pan, add water, chicken cube, Chicken cubes, Sosa cheese, Boranga, lemon grass, lemon leaves and green chili. Cook it for half hour.
Now add mushroom, tam yam paste, tomato, onion, green chili, fish sauce, Chinese salt, coriander and salt now mix it well & cook it for 10 minutes.
Now take it out in a dish, decorate it with coriander & lemon juice. Serve it.
