INGREDIENTS:

1 cup(s) Water
1/2 inch(es) Ginger, fresh, with skin, slIced
1 bag Tea, green, or 1 tbsp loose green Tea leaves in a Tea ball
2 tablespoon Milk, fat-free, (optional)
1 Teaspoon Sugar, or Honey (optional)


How to make Ginger Green Tea



METHOD:

Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add the ginger and boil for 30 seconds more. Remove from the heat, and add the tea bag or tea ball.

Steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the milk and sugar, if using.
