1 kg Fish
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp White cumin roasted powder
1 bunch Green coriander chopped
as required Salt
1 Onion chopped
1 tsp Black pepper powder
4 Green chillies
1/2 bunch Mint chopped
2 Lemon
1 Egg
For curry:
2 Onion chopped
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
½ tsp Garam masala powder
½ cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
to taste Salt.
1 ½ tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 bunch Green coriander
2 Green chilli chopped
1 cup Oil
1 tsp Turmeric
METHOD:
Marinate fish pieces with salt, white vinegar and garlic for 15 minutes and wash. Heat a flat pan on low flame and grease it. Again put white vinegar and salt on fish pieces and fry it on the pan so its water dries and it turns white in colour. Now put it in a bowl and mash it with the help of fork. Then put red chilli powder, white cumin, green coriander, salt, onion, black pepper, green chilli, mint, lemon and egg and mix it and shape into balls. Now fry chopped onions in a pan a till they turn brown in colour In the meantime take a bowl mix together the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt turmeric, , garam masala and red chilli powder . Now place the fried onions on an absorbent paper .Pour the yogurt masala mixture into the same pan. Crush the fried onions and add them to the pan.. Fry the fish koftas in a wok and spread them in the pan. Now slightly shake the pan with the help of cloth. When oil starts to separate, put 1 1/2 cup of water cover and simmer it.
