Your sample diet might consists of lean protein poultry, and oily fishes like salmon, tuna, sardine, and mackerel; fiber rich food that are low glycemic from vegetables, and fruits, along with limited amount of whole grains, good fats like olive oil, and avocados; nuts, and seeds; and legumes.
Go easy on dairy, sugar, refined carbohydrates. Try to take protein with your each small meals. Take five small meals per day. And follow a fiber rich diet with right protein to fuel your metabolism.
