In the morning just eat 2bread slice with jam, egg and green tea, for lunch just eat salad or fruit and a cup of green tea, For dinner no bread rice just bbq or grill meat chicken or vege and green tea once a week u may eat rice and if wanted to eat bread daily then take half in dinner.

Meri age 30 sal hai mera weight 80 kg hai mai apna weight reduce karna chahti hun jab bhi diet karti hoo mujhe weakness ho jati hai or weight bhi reduce nai hota mera Gallbladder ka operation bhi hua hai mujhe batae mai kia karon jis se mera weight beh kam hojai or weakness beh na ho.
