INGREDIENTS:

Chicken 1 kg
Oil 2 cup
Coconut grind 250 grams
Ginger Garlic fresh thick chopped 250 grams
Green chilies thick 15 to 20
Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
Chaat masala 2 tbsp
Lemon 5
Karahi Masala 1 packet


How to make Balochi Tikka Karahi



METHOD:

Heat oil in karahi.
Add chicken, ginger garlic and green chilies and fry until chicken tenderize
Then remove karahi from stove.
Drain oil from chicken then add all remaining ingredients and squeeze lemon in karahi mix them well and serve with parathas and raita.
