Ingredients:
- Minced Beef: 1/4 kg
- Potatoes: 1/4 kg (boiled and mashed)
- Corn Flour: 4 tbsp
- Green Chillies: 2-3 chopped
- Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp chopped
- Breadcrumbs: as required
- Eggs: 2 (beaten until frothy)
- Onion: 1 tbsp (fine chopped)
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
- All Spice Powder: 1 tsp
- Butter: 2 tbsp
- Oil: for frying

Method |
- Mix minced beef, boiled mashed potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt, onions, all spice powder, corn flour and butter well in a bowl.
- Kebab mixture is ready.
- Make small kebabs with your palms.
- Beat eggs well until they come to froth.
- Dip kebabs in eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry in wok until golden brown.
