Ingredients

beetroot


Step 1. Cut a beetroot into pieces and put in the juicer.

Step 2. Peel the lemon and put into the juicer.


Step 3. Add cucumber slices.


Step 4. Add pineapple and run the juicer.


Step 5. Smoothie is ready. Enjoy.

کھیرا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک عدد
لیموں ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک عدد
جوسر

طریقہ :
چقندر کو کاٹ کر چھوٹے ٹکڑے کرلیں اور جوسر میں ڈال دیں ۔
لیموں کو چھیل کر جوسر میں ڈال دیں ۔
کھیرے کو بھی ٹکڑے کرکے جوسر میں شامل کردیں۔
انناس کے ٹکڑے بھی جوسر میں ڈال دیں۔
سب کا جوس بنالیں۔
مزیدار صحت بخش جوس تیار ہے ۔ پئیں اور جوڑوں کے درد میں آرام پائیں
