How to Make Chicken Kabab Roll Recipe (in English)
|
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken Fillets or Cubes: 250 grams
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
- Grinded Green Chillies: 3 tsp
- Tenderizer: 1 tsp
- Ginger/Garlic Paste: 1 tsp each
- Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp
- All Spice Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: a pinch
- Onion: 2 sliced
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 2-3 tbsp
- Mint Leaves: as desired
- Tamarind Chutney: as desired
- Paratha: as required

Method |
- Apply tenderizer on chicken and leave for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Marinate chicken with red chilli powder, grinded green chillies, ginger
and garlic paste, cumin powder, all spice powder, salt, oil, turmeric and
leave for couple of hours.
- Cook marinated chicken on low heat until done in little oil while pan
covered.
- Give coal smoke.
- Place few pieces of chicken on paratha.
- Place onion slices.
- Put spoon of chutney.
- Add mint leaves.
- Roll paratha and then roll in butter paper.
- Chicken kabab roll recipe is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
