How to make Aloo Bukharay Ki Chutney
METHOD:
First soak ½ kg plum for 15 to 20 minutes. Then cook it with 2 cup water.
When water dries add 1 cup sugar, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 cup vinegar to cook. When sugar dries add ½ cup roasted melon seeds and 2 to 3 crushed cardamom and dish it out to serve.
