Banane ki tarkeeb

150g angori powder aur 300g maida pani main dal kr mix krain
Ab is mian ½ kg pani shamil kr k patla kr lain.
Phr is mixture ko 3 kg doodh main dal kr ubalain aur chamcha chalaty rahain.
Ubal any per choolha band kr dain.
Thora thanda hony per is main 25g tatri shamil kr dain aur boht halkey hath se chamcha chaplain.
Jb doodh phit jay to choolha jala kr thori dair chamcha chalain aur pakney dain.
Pani khushk ho jay to tamam cheeni dalain.
Jb pani mukamal sookh jay to choolha band kr ky is main chutki pisi jaifal , jawatri aur alaichi dalain.
1 pao akhrot , 3 table spoon ghee aur glucose dal kr halwy ko try main nikal lain.
Ab akhrot se garnish kr ky serve krain.

ٹاٹری ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 25 گرام
انگوری پاؤڈر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 150گرام
میدہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 300 گرام
پسی جائفل ، جاوتری ، الائچی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 چٹکی
اخروٹ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1-1 پاؤ
پانی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 گرام
لکود گلوکوز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 100 گرام
گھی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 3 کھانے ک چمچے

ترکیب:

150 گرام انگوری پاؤڈر اور 300 گرام میداہ پانی میں ڈال کر مکس کریں۔ اب اس میں 2/1 کلو پانی شامل کر کے پتلا کر لیں۔ پھر اس مکسچر کہ 3 کلو دودھ میں ڈال کر ابالیں اور چمچہ چلاتے رہیں ۔ابال آنے پر چولہا بند کردیں۔ تھوڑا ٹھنڈا ہونے کے پر اس میں 25 گرام ٹاٹری اور شامل کردیں اور بہت ہلکے ہاتھ سے چمچہ چلا ئیں۔ جب دودھ پھٹ جائے تو چولہا جلاکر تھوری دیر چمچہ چلائیں اور پکنے دیں۔ پانی خشک ہو جائے تو تمام چینی ڈالیں۔۔ پانی جب مکمل سوکھ جائے تو چولہا بند کر کے اس میں چٹکی پسی جائفل، جاوتری، الائچی ڈالیں۔ 1 پاؤ اخروٹ، 3 کھانے کے چمچے گھی اور لکود گلوکوز ڈال کر حلوے کو گرلیں ٹرے میں نکال لیں۔ اب اخروٹ سے گارنش کر کے سرو کردیں.
