چاٹ مصالحہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ چائے کا چمچ
سالن مصالحہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ چائے کا چمچ
کُٹی لال مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ چائے کا چمچ
چٹنی کے لئے :

بیکنگ پاؤڈر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کاچمچ
چینی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دو کھانے کا چمچ (پسی ہوئی )


Tandoori Chicken Roll banane ka tarika



ترکیب:
چکن چھوٹی چھوٹی بوٹی کرکے اس میں لہسن ، ادرک ، دہی ، نمک ، زیرہ ، چاٹ مصالحہ ، سالن مصالحہ ، کُٹی لال مرچ ، لال رنگ شامل کرکے پکالیں ۔
جب پانی خشک ہو جائے تو دو کھانے کے چمچ تیل شامل کرکے اُتار لیں (اگر چاہیں تو دھواں لگادیں )
بلینڈر میں چٹنی کے تمام اجزاء بلینڈ کرلیں۔
آٹا یا میدہ میں تمام اجزاء شامل کرکے گوندھ لیں ۔
پندرہ منٹ بعد تھوڑے سے تیل میں پراٹھا بنائیں اس میں چکن رکھیے سلاد پتا یا پیاز کے ساتھ رول کریں
