اجزاء:
سوجی------------------------ 250گرام (ایک گھنٹے کے لئے پانی میں بھگو دیں)
چینی------------------------- 250گرام
پسا ہوا ناریل------------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
پستہ-------------------------- 25گرام
گھی-------------------------- 250گرام
سبز الائچی پاﺅڈر------------- 1چائے کا چمچ
بادام-------------------------- 25گرام
پانی-------------------------- 1کپ

ترکیب:
کڑاہی میں چینی اور پانی ڈال کر اتنا پکائیں کہ چینی پانی میں اچھی طرح سے گھل جائے پھراسی چینی والے شیرے میں گھی اور الائچی پاﺅڈر ڈال کرساتھ ہی بھیگی ہوئی سوجی کا پانی نکال کر ڈالیں اور اتنا بھون لیں کہ سوجی کا کچا پن دُور ہوجائے پھر ناریل اور آدھا ڈرائی فوٹ ڈال کر مکس کرکے چولہے سے اتار لیں۔اب ڈش میں ڈال کراوپر باقی بچا ہوا ڈرائی فوٹ ڈال کر گرم گرم کھانے کے لئے پیش کریں۔
