ترکیب:
دال صاف کرکے بھگوئیں اور نمک، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، ہلدی ڈال کر ابال لیں۔
تیل گرم کرکےاس میں تیز پتہ، پیاز، زیرہ ، سوکھی لال مرچ اور لہسن، ادرک ڈال کر فرائی کرلیں۔
اب اس میں دال ڈال کر پکائیں۔
آخر میں ٹماٹر، ہری مرچیں اور گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر شامل کرکے پکنے دیں۔

Fried mash daal is a delicious food item. I like dhaba daal most. I eat it when I am on a drive to superhighway and there I eat this and enjoy really. It tastes well with hot tandoori roti.
