تیل ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1کھانے کا چمچہ
کٹی پیاز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1عدد
کٹے مشروم ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1کپ
چکن کی یخنی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1/4کپ
کریم .............2کھانے کے چمچے
کٹی ہری پیاز ...............2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

ایک باﺅل میں 2عدد چکن بریسٹ کیوبز ، 1/2چائے کا چمچہ تازہ پسی کالی مرچ اور 1/4چائے کا چمچہ نمک اچھی طرح ملاکر ایک طرف رکھ دیں ۔ ایک پین میں 1کھانے کا چمچہ تیل گرم کر کے چکن کیوبز پکا کر براﺅن کریں اور ایک طرف رکھ دیں ۔ پین میں 1عدد کٹی پیاز پکائیں اور چمچہ چلاتے رہیں ۔ پھر اس میں 1کپ کٹے مشروم شامل کریں ۔ پھر اس میں 1/4کپ چکن کی یخنی شامل کرکے پکائیں ۔ جب یخنی آدھی رہ جائے تو اس میں 2کھانے چمچے کریم اور2کھانے کے چمچے کٹی ہری پیاز شامل کردیں ۔ اب چکن کو واپسی پیں ڈال کر سوس اچھی طرح کوٹ کریں اور مزید 1منٹ پکالیں
