بیکنگ پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کاچمچ
پانی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ضرورت

گارنش کیلے

لچھے دار پیاز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد(پانی سے دھو لیں)
املی کا پانی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ(گاڑھا)

ترکیب:

تیل آدھا کپ گرم کریں اور اس میں زیرہ ڈالیں ساتھ ہی ادرک،لہسن ڈال کر ہلائیں۔
پھر ہلدی،نمک،کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ ڈال دیں ساتھ ہی ابلے ہوئے چھولے ڈال کر بھونیں۔
پھر اس میں آدھا کپ پانی ڈالیں اوپر گرمصالحہ اور چاٹ مصالحہ ڈالکر ہلکی آنچ پر دم پر رکھ دیں۔

بھتورے۔
میدہ میں نمک،بیکنگ پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس مریں
پھر گھی گھی ڈالک کر اچی طرح مکس کریں دہی ا ور پانی سے اچھی طرح گوند کر ایک گھنٹے ڈھک کر کسی گرم جگہ پر رہنے دیں۔
اس کے چھوٹے چھوٹے پیڑے بنا ئیں اور بیل لیں۔تو ہلکی آنچ پر گرم کریں تھوڑا تھوڑا تیل ڈال کر گولڈن ہونے تک سینکیں۔
چھولے پر پیاز اور املی کا پانی ڈال کر بھتوروں کے ساتھ گرم گرم پیش کریں۔
