پیاز ۔۔ دو عدد
ادرک ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
لہسن دو کھانے کے چمچے
ہلدی پاؤڈر ۔۔ ایک سے آدھا چائے کا چمچ
چلی پاؤڈر ۔۔ دو چائے کے چمچے
سیسمی آئل ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
ٹماٹر ۔۔ چار عدد
آلو ۔۔ دو عدد
بھینڈی ۔۔ بارہ عدد
کوکونٹ ملک ۔۔ ایک سے آدھا کپ
تازہ دھنیا ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذوق
کوکنگ آئل ۔۔ آٹھ کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب:

فوڈ پروسیسر میں ادرک، لہسن اور پیاز کو پیس لیں۔ پھر اس میں نمک، ہلدی اور چلی پاؤڈر ملا کر چھوڑ کر دیں۔ ایک بڑے پین میں تیل گرم کر کے بیف ڈال کر تیز آنچ پر چار سے پانچ منٹ تک فرائی کرلیں۔ جب بیف براؤن ہوجائے تو پلیٹ میں نکال کر رکھیں۔ پھر اسی پین میں پیاز کا مکسچر شامل کر کے تقریبا دس منٹ تک پکائیں۔ اب اس میں بیف چوپ ٹماٹر، کیوب کٹ آلو، ثآبت بھنڈی اور کوکونٹ ملک شامل کر کے درمیانی آنچ پر پکنے دیں۔ تازہ دھنیا سے سجائیں اور گرم گرم چپاتی کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
