Banane ki tarkeeb

Tamam Azja ko mix kr k thora makhan dal kr gondh lain.
Gondhny k bad is main baqi makhan shamil kr lain aur dhak kr aik ghanta chor dain.
Abp airy bana kr roll kr lain.
Uper se til aur zatar chirkain.
Oven main ziada se ziada darja hararat per bake kr kr serve krain

اجزاء:
میدہ------------ 4/3 کپ
مکھن---------- 4کھانے کے چمچے
خمیر------------- 2چائے کے چمچے
بیکنگ سوڈا------------ 1چائے کا چمچہ
نمک---------- 2چائے کے چمچے
پانی----------- گوندھنے کے لئے
ایواپورٹیڈ ملک------------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
ٹاپنگ کے لئے:
دودھ----------- حسبِ ضرورت
زیتون کا تیل---------- حسبِ ضرورت
زاتر---------- حسبِ ضرورت
چینی----------- حسب ِ ذوق
بھنے تِل--------- حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

تمام اجزا کو مکس کرکے تھوڑا مکھن ڈال کر گوندھ لیں۔
گوندھنے کے بعد اس میںباقی مکھن شامل کرلیں اور ڈھک کر ایک گھنٹہ چھوڑ دیں۔
اب پیڑے بنا کر رول کرلیں۔اوپرسے تِل او ر زاتر چھڑکیں۔
اوون میں زیادہ سے زیادہ درجہ حرارت پر بیک کرکے سرو کریں۔
