اجزاء:
بیکٹی مچھلی کے فلے۔۔۔1/2 کلو
کارن فلور۔۔1/4 پیالی
تیل۔۔۔تلنے کے لئے

ساس کے اجزاء:
مرچوں کا تیل۔۔۔1/2 پیالی
چینی۔۔۔ 4 کھانے کے چمچے
سفید سرکہ۔۔2 کھانے کے چمچے
ٹماٹر کیچپ۔۔۔1 پیالی
ادرک(چوپ کی ہوئی)۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
لہسن(چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ہرا دھنیا(باریک کٹا ہوا)۔۔سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

مچھلی کے فلے کے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کاٹیں اور ان پر کارن فلور لگا کر 5 منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور مچھلی کے ٹکڑوں کو سنہری تل کر نکال لیں۔ دیگچی میں مرچوں کا تیل گرم کر کے ادرک اور لہسن بھونیں۔ اس میں باقی تمام اجزاء ڈال کر چند منٹ پکائیں، پھر مچھلی کو ڈال کر پانچ منٹ تک پکا کر ڈش میں نکالیں اور ہرے دھنئے سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
