یخنی سوپ

ایک پتیلی میں پانی اور چکن شامل کرکے پکنے کے لیے رکھ دیں

Cook chicken and water in a pot.

یخنی میں ادرک، لہسن، لونگ، دارچینی، کالی مرچ اور پیاز شامل کردیں

Add ginger garlic, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper and onions to yakhni.

نمک چائنیز نمک اور ہلدی شامل کرکے مکس کریں، جب اُبال آجائے تو آنچ ہلکی کردیں

Add salt, Chinese salt and turmeric and mix. Lower flame when simmers.

جب یخنی تقریباً تین گلاس رہ جائیں تو چولہا بند کردیں

Turn off stove when yakhni remains to 3 glasses.

چھنے میں چھان لیں تاکہ یخنی الگ ہو جائے

Sift yakhni in a strainer.

کالی مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔10سے 12عدد
پیاز چھوٹی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک عدد ثابت
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسب ذوق
ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ چائے کا چمچ
چائنیز نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچ (حسب پسند)
پانی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔چھ گلاس

ترکیب:
ایک پتیلی میں پانی اور چکن ڈال کر پکنے کے لیے رکھ دیں اور ساتھ ہی ادرک، لہسن، لونگ، دارچینی، کالی مرچ، پیاز، نمک، ہلدی اور چائنیز نمک شامل کردیں اور جب یخنی میں اُبال آجائے تو آنچ ہلکی کردیں اور سوپ کو پکنے دیں۔ جب یخنی تقریباً تین گلاس رہ جائیں تو چولہا بند کر دیں اور چھنے سے چھان لیں تاکہ یخنی الگ ہو جائے۔

How to Make Yakhni Soup Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bones: 1/4 kg
  • Whole Ginger: 2 inch piece (thin sliced)
  • Garlic: 4 to 5 cloves
  • Cloves: 2 to 3 pcs
  • Cinnamon: 1 small piece
  • Black Peppercorns: 10 to 12 pcs
  • Small Onion: 1 whole
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chinese Salt: 1 teaspoon (as per taste)
  • Water: 6 glass

Method

  1. Combine water and chicken in a pot and place on stove for cooking. Also add ginger, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, black
    peppercorns, onions, salt, turmeric and Chinese salt. Lower flame when simmered.
  2. When yakhni remains around 3 glasses, turn the stove off and strain with a strainer to separate the chicken stock.
  3. Delicious Yakhni Soup is ready to serve.
  4. Enjoy hot bowl of chicken stock soup in cold weather.

 

Tip: If you like, boil 2 to 3 eggs, chop and add to yakhni while serving.
