Ingredients
Baqarkhani 150 gm
Milk 2 cups
Sugar 4 tbsp
Almonds 56 gm (crushed)
Walnuts 56 gm (crushed)
Raisins 56 gm
Desiccated coconut 28 gm
Cream 1 cup (whipped)
How to make Umm-E-Ali (Arabic Bread Pudding)

METHOD:

1.Heat milk and add sugar.
2.Cook till sugar dissolves and then remove.
3.Break baqarkhanis and spread in a pyrex dish.
4.Layer with almonds, walnuts, raisins and desiccated coconut.
5.Gently pour milk over it.
6.Spread cream on top.
7.Bake in pre-heated oven at 180°c for 25 minutes and remove.
8.Serve warm..

Note: Cooking Time: 35-40 minuts, Serving: 3-4 persons
