Truffles with Nuts
Its a type of confectionery, a nice sweet for relatives and friends, easy to prepare, easy to eat and carry from one place to another,last for 2 weeks, for the parties and dinners you can make it a day before, kids love this sweet along with chocolate taste become awsum.
Ingredients
• 2 cup cake crumbs
• 6-8 tablespoon icing sugar
• 1/2 cup almonds (grounds)
• 2-3 tablespoon cocoa powder OR
• ¼ cup chocolate (grated)
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 2 tablespoon milk powder
• ¼ cup condensed milk
• Chocolate sprinkles as required
How to make Truffles with Nuts
Method
Prepare plain (chocolate or vanilla) cake or purchase it from the market, cut in small cubes and pace it in food processor to make crumbs.
• In a bowl place cake crumbs, icing sugar, butter, powder milk and almonds.
• Add cocoa powder, chocolate (grated) and condensed milk in it.
• Mix it well until it forms smooth dough.
• Divide it up into small portions and roll to form small balls.
• Refrigerate until set.
Optional Additions: You can add raisins, walnuts (crushed), desiccated coconut and chopped dates according to your desire.
Serving suggestion: Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles until covered and place in paper cup cases or foil.
Storing suggestion: Store in fridge for about 2 weeks.
