• chicken 1/2 kg
• green cardomon 2
• black pepper 4-5
• tomatoes 1/4 kg
• yogurt 1 cup
• garlic 3 -4 finely grated
• lemon juice 2 tbsp
• green chilli nd corriande leaves for garnishing
• red chilli flakes
• salt to taste
• oil 1/2 cup
MAKE KARAHI MASALA
• black pepper whole 1 tsp
• red chilli whole 5-6
• corriander whole 1tsp
• methi 1/3 tsp
• cumin 1 tsp
• grind all together very well
How to make Tasty Chicken Karahi
METHOD:
1. In a pan add tomatoes and make pury and put it to side.
2. In another pan heat oil add black pepper and cardomon fry 1 min then add garlic fry it add chicken and fry till colour change add red chili flakes and salt fry it for1 minute then add tomato pury and yogurt then cover a lid for five minutes.
3. Add karahi masala again cover it till chicken tender cook on medium flame at till golden brown. when oil float add green chilli and corriander leaves, lemon juice and turn off stove.
4. Serve hot with rice or nan.
