1 cup White sesame seed
5-6 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Olive oil
to taste Salt
How to make Tahini Sauce
Method
Add 1 cup white sesame seeds with 5-6 cloves of garlic to water. Boil till water has dried up. Then add boiled garlic, sesame seeds, 1/2 cup olive oil and salt to taste to a blender. Blend o form smooth paste. Tahini sauce is ready to serve.
