How to make Stuffed Paneer Cutlets By Rida Aftab
METHOD:
Mix together 2 tbsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp roasted cumin, ½ tsp carom seeds and 1 tsp crushed red pepper. Make patties with boiled potatoes, top with cheddar cheese, also spread a little ketchup on top. Now top with green chilies paste and tamarind pulp. Now put another mashed potatoes Pattie on top. Cut with a round cutter, dip in beaten eggs, roll in bread crumbs and fry.
